Hello my lovelies I’m sorry I’ve not posted for a while my life has felt somewhat disorganised which is made much worse when I have a RH attack and they can take a day or more to recover. This also depends on whether you treat the low or hypo correctly using the 15 minute rule (provided the blood glucose is below 4mmols or 72mg/dL) and if above 7mmols/ 126mg/dL to exercise and drinking water if nausea and vomiting isn’t an issue for you.
Unfortunately, they are both a problem for me so for the times I start feeling icky when my blood sugar is higher than normal. I will have to have some cannabis medicine which seems to help bringing my blood sugar down nicely. Yet strangely when my blood sugar is stable the blood glucose levels don’t budge when I have consumed my cannabis medicine.
I’ve had several occasions when I’ve had a blood sugar spike and felt too ill to exercise with my disabilities I’m limited to what exercises I can perform. So it was Mr Vegan who suggested try my meds as he’d read it was useful for Type 2 Diabetes.
