Watch Physicians Committee & How A Plant Based Diet Can Help Mitigate Covid 19

Hello lovelies I thought I’d share this with you lovely people. Chuck Carroll and Dr Hana Khaleova I thought it very interesting despite living with multiple complex health conditions which impact on each other. I have no vitamin deficiencies and I have auto immune disorders and reactions to particular foods and other things.

I’m on a type of opiate that suppresses my immune system which makes me prone to infections. I haven’t had so far as a cold since I transitioned to a plantbased vegan lifestyle.

We do consume a wholefood plant based diet. As the cause of my RH is Prediabetes and insulin resistence is a consequence of a diet rich in saturated and other unhealthy fats and refined highly processed foods.

In the UK when covid struck I was classed as highly vulnerable with me and Mr Vegan having to shielding at home until the pandemic is over. Sometimes it wasnt always possible to stay home. But Mr Vegan and I haven’t got any illness or covid and it’s variants thank goodness. We hope it stays this way.

Stay well everyone ❤️

CBD: What is it, and can it help the heart? | BHF

Hello lovelies I thought I’d share this with you lovely people. I don’t know if I’ve told you but I have several complex health conditions which impact on each other at times making it difficult to ascertain which is causing which problem. This can make it hard to determine what action to take or treat.

However I am based in the UK and I am presently prescribed cannabis flower some say buds for pain however it has other benefits for other conditions I have.

But while researching about other subjects I came across this from the British Heart Association and the antiinflammatory effects of Cannabis on the heart

I will endeavour to post any further information on this topic of cannabis and the cannabinoids involved in science based evidence ♥

My Career In Childcare..

Hello lovelies I was inspired by a video on social media and thought I’d share this with you lovely people. For people who knew me well way back when, would’ve been surprised I chose childcare education for my vocation. Back then they’d have been correct.

As I was the type as a teen children that they are nice but not for me.
Have you heard the saying that I like/love children but I wouldn’t eat a whole one? Awful analogy I know but that was my sentiments at the time. So working with children wasn’t really my career choice.. I wanted to work in offices which I did to start with left school with a few passed exams (known as GCE and CSE then the obligatory A/O levels in the UK in the 1980s)

Worked in a few offices until I left to have my baby. It was the birth of my own children that inspired me to change careers.

So the irony was when I got married and had 3 beautiful daughters of my own. They were amazing babies and I love them all equally and in abundance that I realised that children were amazing little humans and wanted to learn more. This way I hoped to gain knowledge skills aswell qualifications of a nursery nurse So I could take home the skills I learnt to be a better mother to my children. But at the same time using these skills on other children too.

My aspirations were that I could raise mine and other people’s children with an individual personality and to be kind compassionate to others and close friends to each other. I hoped to give my limited skills to help children and decided to go back to college then university to realise my ambitions of teaching children.

However, I wasn’t sure which age to work with. So I ended up back to college completing a NVQ Level 3 Childcare qualification. I picked my learning addiction of reading through as much scientific data that came my way while at college/University of Greenwich/NorthWest Kent College. I also got qualifications in working with children aged from Birth to aged 11. I managed holiday and after school clubs with my NVQ level 3. Which enabled me to gain employment using these skills managing Creches for Surestart a UK government agency who delivered programmes offering support to people who were in situations such as abusive relationships. I taught and cared for the children with usually 2 of my colleagues and under my supervision.

This experience influenced my decision on specialising in the child development and education of children with disabilities and individual developmental/educational needs. So I trained in Autism, other training such s Behaviour management of challenging children with conditions such as ADD ADHD etc. Then I went on to train and qualify for what they used to call a SENCO.. A Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator if you will. I also completed a intensive Leadership course for nursery management teams in the final setting I worked in before I eventually made redundant. My employers knew my preexisting back problems were getting worse. As a gesture of support and gratitude they took the redundancy process rather than me leave of my own recognisance. Thus doing so I would’ve got no support from the governmental agency for the unemployed. As in the UK if you leave on your own accord you didn’t get financial support for upto 13 weeks, at the time.

Before reaching my final vocation I had completed my Uni degree in Bsc Fd in Health and Social Care with Early Years curriculum threaded through. This was so I had the option to work in either the childcare sector or be a social worker. I hope I accomplished something that helped every child I cared for including my own children. Regardless of the role I played I met some amazingly talented colleagues and later lifelong friends.

Luckily I still see your lovely faces on social media.. This is for you lovelies and anyone who can appreciate the child’s amusing perspective on this video.. 🥰 😉 ❤️

Watch “How Much Fiber Do You Need To Eat? | Dr. Will Bulsiewicz Live Q&A” on YouTube

Hello lovelies looking through my educational videos and Dr Will Bulsiewicz  specialises in the gastrointestinal health known as the gut doctor❤️

Hello Lovelies! ❤️

Hello my lovelies I’m sorry I’ve not posted for a while my life has felt somewhat disorganised which is made much worse when I have a RH attack and they can take a day or more to recover. This also depends on whether you treat the low or hypo correctly using the 15 minute rule (provided the blood glucose is below 4mmols or 72mg/dL) and if above 7mmols/ 126mg/dL to exercise and drinking water if nausea and vomiting isn’t an issue for you.

Unfortunately, they are both a problem for me so for the times I start feeling icky when my blood sugar is higher than normal. I will have to have some cannabis medicine which seems to help bringing my blood sugar down nicely. Yet strangely when my blood sugar is stable the blood glucose levels don’t budge when I have consumed my cannabis medicine.

I’ve had several occasions when I’ve had a blood sugar spike and felt too ill to exercise with my disabilities I’m limited to what exercises I can perform. So it was Mr Vegan who suggested try my meds as he’d read it was useful for Type 2 Diabetes.
